
How to Use the Service Visit Page
This page displays all completed service visits within the selected date range.
Use the Start Date and End Date fields at the top of the screen to filter which visits are shown. Adjusting these dates will update the table accordingly.
Icons Explained
Printer Icon:
Indicates whether a service visit has already been printed.A green cell background means the visit has been printed.
Speech Bubble Icon:
Shows whether notes have been added to a service visit.If no notes are present, the icon will appear orange.
Adding or Building Notes
You can add notes to a service visit in two ways:
Manually:
Open the individual service visit and enter notes directly.Automatically (Build Notes):
Select one or more service visits from the table.
Click Actions and choose Build Notes.
The system will search for any nonconformities and test-related notes, then compile them into the selected visits.
Printing Visits
To generate and download PDF reports of your visits:
Select Visits:
Click individual rows to select them, or
Use Selection > Select All to select all shown visits.
Generate Reports:
Click Actions > Print Visits.
A PDF report will be created for each selected visit.
The reports will be bundled into a ZIP file and downloaded through your browser.
