Help Guide: Reports Progress Dashboard
This dashboard allows you to monitor and manage the performance and completion status of scheduled tasks across multiple sites. Here’s how to use each section:

1. Main Table Overview
The table provides a high-level summary of performance metrics by site.
Filters
Month & Year: Use the dropdowns at the top to view data for a specific period.
Search Bar: Enter keywords (e.g., site or group name) to filter results.
Responsibility Filter: Narrow results by responsible team or department (e.g., Hotel, L8MS).
Table Columns
Group / Site: Shows the group and site name. Clicking a site opens the detail panel.
Responsibility: Indicates the team responsible for task completion.
Blank: Number of incomplete forms/tasks.
No Access: Tasks that couldn’t be completed due to restricted access.
Complete: Number of successfully completed tasks.
Total: Total number of tasks assigned for the period.
Performance: Percentage of completed tasks. A red background indicates poor performance (e.g., 0%).
Export Button
Use the Export button to download the table data for external use.

2. Detail Panel (Opened by Clicking a Site)
This panel provides in-depth metrics for the selected site.
Header Info
Group & Site: Identifies the selected site.
Responsibility: Shows the team in charge.
Completion Rate: Displays performance as a percentage.
Key Metrics (January 2024 Example)
Blank: Tasks not completed.
No Access: Tasks skipped due to access restrictions.
Complete: Tasks successfully completed.
Total: Sum of all tasks for the period.
Performance Trend (6 Months)
A visual chart showing historical trends of:

Use this to track consistency or identify recurring issues over time.
Outstanding Tasks
Task Name: Description of the pending task (e.g., “Little Used Outlet Flushing”).
Outstanding: Shows the number and percentage of pending items.
Click Assign to schedule these tasks for a service visit.
Tips
Aim for high completion rates (≥90%) to maintain compliance.
Review the Blank and No Access counts to address any recurring issues.
Use the trend chart to analyse performance over time.
