New sites can be set up by administrators

Each property/individual building can be added to L8MS BRS where a program of works can be set up, along with site folders for document sharing

Adding sites / Site Groups

In L8MS Sites can be added and linked to Site Groups if required e.g. to form a relationship between sites that are controlled by or belong to the same company.

1. Click sidebar menu SITES
2. Select a Site Group from the exiting list or click the add button to display a pop up window where a new Site Group can be added. Click save
3. Add a site name
4. Add an optional Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).
5. Add address information

• Administrator - Access to customise sites, add users, schedule works.
• Address line 1
• Address line 2
• Town/City
• County
• Postcode

1. Special instructions can be used to store a note on the site e.g. "Obtain keys from head office before visiting".
2. Click the Save button (upper right) to save the site.
